Hello,

This message is important for our grade 12 students who are wishing to have their midterm or final marks sent to OUAC during the Fall collection period this year. 

If you are one of those students. you need to create an account for OUAC using the PIN issued by your day school guidance counsellor.  You also need to add CHLA as an additional school you attend on your OUAC account. If you don't have your pin, contact your day school guidance counsellor.

In order to meet the deadlines, your work needs to be submitted no later than November 13th. This gives your teacher enough time to mark the work and also generate a report card.  

If you are requesting a midterm or final report, please email admin@chlacademy.ca.  Emails must be sent by the end of day on November 13th.  You need to include the following in your email:

You full name

Your course code

Your type of request (midterm or final grade)

Your 2021 OUAC reference number

The deadlines are absolute deadlines so please submit your work as it is completed and aim to be early.
